Professional Experience

Founder partner of M/s Arora & Bansal, Chartered Accountants is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been in continuous professional practice for over 24 years.

In addition to the experience of core areas of profession, his special focus is in the field of International Taxation, Income Tax, Service Tax, Works Contract Tax and other Commercial Laws rendering services in relation to consultation opinions on the subjects, representation before tax authorities, handling search and seizure matters, corporate appellate matters before Commissioner Appeals and Income Tax Appellate Tribunals and Settlement Commission.

He prefers to take a proactive approach to tax services. By keeping abreast with latest tax laws and legislation, he is in a position to identify key tax planning opportunities that minimize both current and future tax liabilities for the clients.

He is actively involved in various strategic planning as regards financial restructuring, process verification and vetting and resource mobilization for the clients.
